A project that aims to detect the early professional abilities and inclinations of our children. Based on these inclinations and abilities, appropriate academic guidance is provided for each student, starting from kindergarten until choosing his educational path in secondary school.
Project Objectives
- Early detection of our children’s professional and academic interests and abilities is of great importance. It lays the foundation for sound educational guidance that supports the building of their personality and their academic and professional future. " My Path " project aims to identify our children’s early interests through a set of scientific tools such as interest and ability tests, guided play, organized observation and communication with parents.
- The decision to choose an educational path for a high school student represents a burden on the student and his family due to the absence of a scientific methodology to identify his abilities and then determine his inclinations.
- Al Maali students do not suffer in choosing their educational path in high school or university. Once the student enters kindergarten, Al Maali schools detect his inclinations and abilities to chart the appropriate academic path in the early years of his life, and work on developing his areas of brilliance, in addition to drawing up treatment plans for the cognitive and skill aspects that require improvement.
- Al Maali Schools continues to use the academic tendencies and abilities scales for the students across the four academic stages to draw up the (individual and unique) academic plan for each student according to his or her strengths or weaknesses.
- The academic advisor follows up on the student’s academic progress according to the academic plan that was drawn up with the participation of the student’s parents and teachers.
- The academic plan sets out the family and school expectations for the student's results of "I am Ready" project tests. The student's results are compared to expectations to take any corrective actions.
